Job Description
A electrical manufacturing company is seeking a Die Attach Operator to join their team!
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for running Die Attach and Wire Bond machine for pressure sensor devices using auto/semi- automated equipment. Preferably with experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to use tweezers, Q-tips under microscope.
- Ability to thread wire through small capillary.
- Ability to use both hand and eye coordination. A must.
- Ability to interpret pass/fail criteria per specifications.
- Able to read and understand run cards, control charts and limit sample specifications.
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions that pertain to product quality and workflow.
- Able to work quickly, multi- tasking and efficiently.
- Ability to handle very delicate parts without causing handling damage.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Occasional overtime hours required.
SAFETY HAZARDS OF THE JOB
- Minimal hazards.
