Accounts Receivable Associate
A technology information company in Santa Clara, CA is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate. The duties of the AR Specialist include invoicing in Netsuite and assistance with collection calls and/or customer correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented Accounts Receivable department. They should provide issue customer billings for fulfilled orders; assist with customer service regarding collection issues.
- Invoicing for all fulfilled orders
- Reconciliation of billings with order fulfillment
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, calling customers, making account adjustments, processing small balance write offs, facilitating customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Will assist the efforts of sales and senior management
An Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with an emphasis on the ability to prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look-ups and pivot tables
Good organization and analytical skills
Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling in written communication
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with high level of accuracy
Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment preferred
Experience with SAP a plus
Experience in credit and collections a plus
