Front Desk/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Richmar Associates is looking for experienced Front Desk/Receptionists/Administrative Assistants available to work in short and/or long-term assignments.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Fielding telephone calls, must have a professional phone manners and able to work a multi-line system.
Manage multiple calendars, book travel and appointments
Filing and data entry.
Drafting and editing a wide variety of documents using Microsoft Office.
May assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants, and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
Must have an AA degree
Expertise with Microsoft Office
Must have a professional appearance and manor
Must be friendly and outgoing
Excellent customer service skills
