- Perform Incoming, In-process and final QC inspections on manufactured parts and assemblies.
- Identify and record any product quality problem(s)
- Communicate all quality issues to management in a timely manner, along with recommendations for any corrective actions that may be necessary.
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
PCBA inspection experience preferred, familiar with IPC-A-610
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as well as basic math.
Ability to understand and use basic inspection tools, such as: calipers, micrometers, microscopes 10x
Ability to understand product drawings, specifications and visual work instructions.
Follow Company QMS and Safety.
Computer skills, including MS Office Excel and Word is a plus
ISO9001/AS9100 knowledge helpful
Self-starter, who can work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to be trained and a quick learner
Willing to work overtime week day and weekend
