Richmar Staffing has recently partnered with our contract Manufacturing industry customer, who supports the medical device and capital equipment industry. Their manufacturing site  in San Jose CA is seeking a Site Services Manager to join the team and report directly to the VP of Global HR with shared responsibilities to the Site Facilities Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of workplace service for the offices in San Jose
• Have total ownership of projects to ensure the best workplace and employee experience, able to complete projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules
• Develop, review and streamline service policies, guidelines and protocols with the VP Global HR
• Manage the front desk/lobby and ensure a great visitor experience
• Manage all vendors and ensure the quality service is delivered to the workplace
• Support the employee onboarding and departure experience ( Badging/Reporting/Site safety training)
• Support EHS in communicating and enforcing various company wide safety initiatives
• Facilitate and manage various office projects (e.g., office buildout, office moves)
• Manage and support regional/local events, meetings, off-sites, team building and other office activities
• Provide a great office customer experience
• Handle urgent projects as requiredPerforms other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years relevant experience in facility, emphasis on hospitality, corporate services, or equivalent workplace management
• MS Word, Excel skills required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong service awareness, sense of responsibility and team spirit, willing to solve problems with efficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and across timezones, energetic and proactive, good at project management and cross-team collaboration;
• Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Able to respond after hours for emergencies as needed
