A optical manufacturer is seeking a Client Account Specialist to join their team in Cleveland, OH.

DESCRIPTION

At our Cleveland, OH Facility, we are looking for a motivated Client Account Specialist. Key duties will be to complete order sheets and distribute; maintain customer files; coordinate with departments regarding order status, ship dates, product availability and inventory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy of orders in systems
• Update salesforce on all customer activities
• Generate Return Material Authorizations
• Enter orders in SysPro/MRP
• Maintain customer files
• Distribute product literature
• Assist in the set up and tracking of Inventory
• Act as a back-up for Inventory Cycle counting and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Perform Production Control activities as needed such as kitting work orders for Production.
• Manage stock room inventory
• Back up for Shipping and receiving- Determines method of shipment and prepares bills, invoices and other shipping documents
• Knows safe storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials
• Assist Purchasing, and Warehouse Manager as needed
• Special projects or duties as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Work independently
• Effective communication internally and externally
• Computer literate, proficient with excel and word
• 2-3 years direct work experience
• minimum high school education
• ERP Experience preferred
• Excellent organization skills and communication skills
• Data entry and record keeping
• Inventory control
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
