Job Description

 A laser engraving company is seeking a Receptionist/ Admin to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Specifics:

  • Generate ~100-200 invoices per month with accuracy and efficiency (QuickBooks experience would be ideal)
  • Generate certification of compliance (CofC’s) stating that parts were laser marked per specifications
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies
  • Front office reception and customer service
  • General office correspondence and filing
  • Other varied office duties as needed for the daily operation
  • 40 hours weekly (M-F) 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Requirements

Desired Skills:

  • QuickBooks experience is ideal
  • Microsoft Office
  • Must have great time management skills as this is a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
