Job Description
A laser engraving company is seeking a Receptionist/ Admin to join their team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Specifics:
- Generate ~100-200 invoices per month with accuracy and efficiency (QuickBooks experience would be ideal)
- Generate certification of compliance (CofC’s) stating that parts were laser marked per specifications
- Ordering and stocking office supplies
- Front office reception and customer service
- General office correspondence and filing
- Other varied office duties as needed for the daily operation
- 40 hours weekly (M-F) 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Requirements
Desired Skills:
- QuickBooks experience is ideal
- Microsoft Office
- Must have great time management skills as this is a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
