Richmar Staffing has recently partnered with our contract Manufacturing industry customer, who supports the medical device and capital equipment industry. This company is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support their Indiana location.

Summary:

• Provide technical support to network users focusing on basic end-device (PC, Laptop, WIFI, Printer) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting services to non-technical.
• Day to day responsibility for onboarding and off boarding personnel (managing system access and badging) for a fast growing and dynamic company.
• The ability to multitask, quickly re-adjust priorities, communicate clearly, and take direction from various sources are a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote, telephone, and in-person IT support to staff
• Provide technical support for applications and services
• PC, Laptop, Printer, WIFI, and other equipment from setup, configuration, and testing
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
• User account creation and management for systems (Windows 10, Google Workspace, PLM and ERP, SolidWorks, etc)
• Ensure that work is performed within company security protocols and advise management of potential risks
• Manage network user access and access requests
• Maintain Inventory of Equipment
• Assist with maintaining and updating work instructions
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/education required:

• Associates Degree (A/S.) or equivalent experience.
• IT certifications a plus
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees and supervisors
