Job Description
A semiconductor company is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to join the team!
As a Inventory Control Coordinator, you will coordinate the On-time Shipment of Tools by helping to provide the right material, in the right quantities, at the right time from the right source.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Shortage Handling and Reporting
- Expediting Material
- Increasing the throughput and efficiency of material flow to the shop floor
- On time delivery performance improvement
- Managing Bottlenecks/ De-bottlenecking
- Constraints Management in the Tool Building Process
- Balancing the flow of materials through the entire supply chain
- Assisting in coordinating the priority for hot work orders to be picked
- Tracking work orders and resolving issues with missing materials
- Identification of gate operations and expediting the operation
- Proactively analyzing the potential show-stoppers and escalating issues to the appropriate level to initiate necessary actions to ease the situation
- Helping in the Tool Configuration Change Handling
- Establishing a working line of communication and good working relationship with the Planning team, Production Team, Purchasing Team, Warehousing Team, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control.
- Providing recommendations to avoid Bottlenecks
Job Requirements
Critical Qualifications:
- Min 5-7 years of Materials Department experience
- High School Diploma or Associates or Bachelors Degree.
- Materials and ERP knowledge
- Ability to understand the Customer requirements for shipping and material handling.
- Coordination Skills, Material Expedition Skills,
- Communication Skills
